NOWThe studio
- A weekly Lab Night, unbroken since April 2026
- Open Lab Notes from every session
- A studio on Discord where members post work in progress
- Three values as the only membership requirement
NEXT
- Open the studioMore of the work happens in the open. Members’ experiments, shown on this site and in the Discord, each at its stage: designed, built, measured, iterated. Every member’s journey is itself an experiment, shared so others can learn from it.
- From experiment to something realWe help members take an experiment all the way: from a Thursday demo to something that stands on its own. Not a unicorn. A millicorn: small, self-funded, built with AI, solving a problem close to home.
HORIZONEight billion
Eight billion people are heading toward a world where the distance from idea to action is zero, and most of us were never taught how to design our lives for it. The Collective is a place to learn it together, one experiment at a time, and to pass it on.
AN IDEA FROM LAB NIGHT · WEEK 21
Not a unicorn. A millicorn.
A project worth around a million, self-funded, grown organically with agentic AI, solving a local problem well. Then multiply by eight billion people.
