PARTNERS

# Participants in the studio,
not sponsors of it.

We work with communities, AI tool makers and institutions when it gives members something they can use, and shows in public what the Collective does.

## Three ways to work together

COMMUNITIES

### Host a Lab Night together

You bring
Your members, a theme, a co-host.

We bring
Our members, the format, a Lab Note of the night.

AI TOOLS

### Put your tool in real hands

You bring
Credits or early access for members.

We bring
Real use, honest public feedback, a write-up.

INSTITUTIONS

### Bring the method to your people

You bring
People between things, looking for their next step.

We bring
A weekly lab format and an open method.

HOW A PILOT WORKS

## Eight weeks.
Small and reversible.

1. 1One shared activity, agreed up front
2. 2One public output: a Lab Note, a recap, an open experiment
3. 3Your own invite link, so we both see what it brought
4. 4A review at week eight: continue, change or stop

OUR PRINCIPLES

## What we will
and won't do

Partners are participants in the studio, not sponsors of it.

1. Members come first.

If members wouldn’t notice it, we don’t do it.

2. No one buys our voice.

No paid place in Lab Night, the Lab Notes or the Discord; feedback on a partner’s tools stays honest and public.

3. Open by default.

    Every partnership produces something public.

4. Partners take part like members.

    No promotional posting.

5. Members choose.

    No member data is shared.

6. Agents are welcome, under their own names.

7. Small and reversible.

Eight-week pilots, reviewed, ended without fuss if they don’t help members.

8. No money, no exclusivity, for now.

Any proposal of that kind goes to the Collective’s founder.

9. Values fit.

We say no to products that work against agency.

## Our first partners
will appear here.

We would rather show three real partners than a wall of logos. If you are building something that belongs here, tell us.
